Register General Risk Assessment Details

Explanation

This activity is used to register the general details of risk assessment.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

• Potential hazards are required to be already defined in the Risk Assessment Basic Data/Hazards tab.
• Locations and sub-locations are required to be already defined in the Location Basic Data window.

Procedure

1. Open the Risk Assessment window and create a new record.
2. Enter an assessment number in the Risk Assessment No field.
3. Specify the description of the risk assessment in the Name field.
4. Specify the planned date for the risk assessment in the Planned Date field.
5. Specify the address of the location in which the assessment is performed in the Location ID field. The address details will show in the Location field.
6. In the Sub Location field, specify details of the place for which the assessment is performed.
7. You can also specify an organization code and a site manager in the relevant fields.
8. Save the information.
