Modify Safety Inspection Details

Explanation

This activity is used to modify previously entered details for a safety inspection.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a safety inspection with details is required to be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Safety Inspection window.
  2. Search or populate to find the required inspection report.
  3. In the Organization Code field, verify if the proper code is entered. Change the code using the list of values, if needed.
  4. Check the ID of the place in the Location ID field. If necessary, select another ID from the value list. The location description will appear in the Location field.
  5. Go to the Locations Details tab and create a new record in order to enter new place details.
  6. Specify the ID of the place in the Sub Location ID field. You can use the list of values.
  7. In the Site Manager field, verify if the correct site manager is entered. Change the person using the list of values, if needed.
  8. Save the information.
