Explanation

This activity is used to define locations for the company. The locations are physical addresses which can later be used for reporting incidents, performing risk assessments and conducting safety inspections.

Procedure

  1. Open the Location Basic Data window.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. In the Location ID field, specify the ID for the company location.
  4. Enter essential address details in the Address 1 field.
  5. Enter further address details such as the city, state, zip code and country in the relevant fields.
  6. Save the information.
