Procedure

1. Open the Safety Action Basic Data/Safety Action tab and create a new record.
2. In the Action field, enter the description of the action.
3. In the Action Type field, you can specify the type of action. Select a value using the list. Note that action types are only used for risk assessments.
4. In the Person ID field, specify the person who is responsible for the action.
5. Save the information.
