Procedure

1. Open the Incident Basic Data/Incident Type tab and populate. All the incident classes registered in the Incident Basic Data/Incident Class tab will be listed for the Incident Class field.
2. Select an incident class in the Incident Class field and create a new record in the table.
3. Enter a value in the Incident Type field.
4. Save the information.
