Procedure

1. Open to the Incident Basic Data/Cause Analysis/Causes tab and populate. The system defined incident causes will be listed for the Incident Causes field.
2. Select an incident cause from the list in the Incident Causes field and create a new record in the table.
3. In the Cause field, enter values to identify the causes connected to the selected incident cause.
4. Save the information.
