Connect Fire Extinguishers

Explanation

This activity is used to connect fire extinguishers registered for a particular location with the safety inspection.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity;

• A fire inspection of type FIRE is required to be already defined in the Safety Inspection window.
• Fire extinguishers should already be registered for the location in the Fire Safety/Fire Extinguisher tab.
• Locations and sub-locations are required to be already defined in the Location Basic Data window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, fire extinguishers registered for a given location will be visible for the inspection. The safety inspection ID will be added to details of all fire extinguishers at that location and visible in the Fire Safety/Fire Extinguisher tab.

Procedure

1. Open the Safety Inspection window.
2. Search or populate to find an safety inspection report of type FIRE for which you want to connect fire extinguishers.
3. Right-click on the header and click Fire Extinguisher Details to open the Fire Inspection Details window. The details of fire extinguishers available at the location and open for inspection will be listed.
