Confirm Incident

Explanation

This activity is used to confirm the general information of an incident.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, an incident is required to be registered with Prepared status in the Incident window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, users will not be allowed to change the information in the Incident/General tab.

Procedure

1. Open the Incident window. Ensure that the required incident case is selected in the header.
2. Right-click and click Confirm. The status of the incident will change to Confirmed.
