Connect Related Incidents

Explanation

This activity is used to connect one or more related incidents causing injuries or damages to personnel or property.

In order to perform this activity, more than one incidents should already be registered in the Incident window.

There are no system effects.

Open the Incident window. Ensure that the required incident case is selected in the header.
Go to the Incident/Related Incident Cases tab.
Create a new record.
Enter the incident case number of the other incident which is already registered.
Repeat the steps to connect more related incidents.
Save the information.
