Modify Node Basic Data

Explanation

This activity is used to modify basic data of a node such as the node description, currency code and the floating period.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, the status of the consolidation structure should be In Progress.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, basic data of the nodes are modified and updated to the consolidation structure.

Procedure

To modify node basic data in the consolidation structure:

1. Open the Consolidation Structure window and search for the consolidation structure for which node basic data should be modified.
2. Right-click on the node to be modified and click Modify Node Basic Data to open Modify Node Basic Data dialog box.
3. Modify the node description in the Description field.
4. In the Currency Code field, enter the currency in which the consolidated balances for the node should be presented. The List of Values can be used to select the required currency code.
5. Enter a date in the Float Until field if required. If the node is disconnected, it will be displayed in the Floating Nodes section until the date entered in this field.
6. Click OK.
