This window is used to configure information shown in Object Information dialog box in GIS Map. Possible values in the field LU Name (Logical Unit Name) are controlled by Solution Manager/Configuration/Object Connections window, by setting the service name GisintConnections in the Service List field. It is possible to optionally define a condition on each LU e.g. a condition based on value in equipment object field Object Type, to enable different dialog configurations for different types of equipment.
Hovering with the mouse cursor over a GIS object and where a business object is connected shows a tooltip. The information provided in the tooltip is controlled by GIS object configuration. In technical terms the tooltip requires a database method on per business object’s logical unit.
