This is activity is used to register a person's document information such as work permits, passport's etc.

Procedure

  1. Open the Person window and select a person.
  2. Go to the Documents tab and click New.
  3. Enter document type in the Document Type field by selecting from the List of Values.
  4. Enter an ID in the Document ID field and the name of the party which issued the document in the Issued By fields.
  5. Enter a country by selecting from the list in the Country field.
  6. Select the Default check box if the document should be the default document for the document type.
  7. Enter the valid from and valid to dates in the respective fields.
