Enter Credit Analyst User

Explanation

Use this activity to specify the users assigned to a credit analyst position. Each credit analyst must have one user designated as the default for use in creating invoice notes. This mandatory task is to be performed by a system administrator or equivalent person if using credit management.

Procedure

To complete this activity, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Credit Management Basic Data window.
  2. Click the Credit Analyst User tab.
  3. Create a new record.
  4. In the Credit Analyst field, select the credit analyst from the list of Values. The description is populated.
  5. In the User ID field, select the user assigned to this credit analyst from the List of Values. The name is populated.
  6. To specify the user as the default user, select the Default check box. The Manager and Manager Description fields are populated.
  7. In the Message Group field, select the group to use for message information from the List of Values. The description is populated.
  8. To enter a description or comment about the credit analyst user, use the Description field.
  9. Save the changes.
