Procedure

  1. Open the Confirmation Statement Templates window and create a new record.
  2. Enter the ID of the template in the Template ID field and a description of the template in the Description field.
  3. Select the Default Template check box if you want the template to be the default confirmation statement template for the company. (Note: There can be only one confirmation statement template for the company with the Default Template check box selected.)
  4. In the Note for Receivers Copy field, enter any note which should be printed on the receiver's copy of the Customer and Supplier Statement of Account report.
  5. In the Note for Senders Copy field, enter any note which should be printed on the sender's copy of the Customer and Supplier Statement of Account report.
  6. In the Title for Receivers Copy field, enter the title which should be printed on the receiver's copy of the Customer and Supplier Statement of Account report.
  7. In the Title for Senders Copy field, enter the title which should be printed on sender's copy of the Customer and Supplier Statement of Account report.
  8. Save the information.
