Remove Authorization of Depreciation Proposal

Explanation

This activity is used to remove the authorization of an authorized depreciation proposal. You are required to remove the authorization if there are any modifications to be made to a depreciation proposal of the status Authorized. Once the authorization is removed, the depreciation proposal must be authorized again before it is posted.

Prerequisites

Before the status can be reversed, the following must have been completed:

• The depreciation proposal must have been created. The status must be Authorized.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the proposal gets the Created status.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to change the status:

1. Open Depreciation Proposals window and query for the depreciation proposal for which you want to remove the authorization.
2. Select the record that you queried for, right-click, and click Cancel Authorization.
