Register Entertainment Categories

Explanation

Use this function to register Entertainment Categories. 

Entertainment Categories are entered by a user, in conjunction with Entertainment Expense Codes, when entertainment expenses are registered in the Expense Sheet. The Entertainment Category is a way to categorize registered entertainment expenses into group e.g. meals, tickets, drinks etc, useful when performing follow up on entertainment expenses.

Prerequisites

Before you can enter Entertainment Categories, you have to create an Expense Rule. 

System Effects

As a result of this entry, the user will be able to register an entertainment category in conjunction with an entertainment expense registration.

Procedure

1. Select an Expense Rule in which you want to register an Entertainment Category.
2. Select the Entertainment Categories tab in the Entertainment tab.
3. Select New.
4. Define a name and description for the category. The name is used in the Expense Sheet, so it should be short and descriptive.
5. Save.
