Register Allowance Compensations Abroad

Explanation

Use this function to enter basic data for special rules for an employee travelling abroad. You must state price and period of validity. Select a Country by using the List box.

Basic data is used from Allowance Compensations Abroad when you have entered an expense form and the Abroad checkbox is marked in Expense Sheet.

Procedure

  1. Select New.
  2. Enter an area which can be a country or, for instance a city in that country.
  3. Enter an allowance compensation price for the specified area.
  4. If needed, change the default Valid From, and Valid To dates.
  5. Select Save.
