Use this function to get an overview of your employees and their respective Career Advancement Levels. This information is for view only. The Career Advancement Level is an index combining how the employee have performed historically with the Potentiality of new Job assignments.

Prerequisites

Before you can view the information, you must have made a Career performance appraisal history registration and a Career potentiality registration for the employee.
