Explanation

Use this function to enter personality data about the employee, such as the ability to cope with stress, management skills, etc.

Note: Some countries and localities have restrictions on the types of information that can be asked of job applicants. Be sure to check the appropriate laws and regulations before completing these optional fields.

Procedure

  1. Select New.
  2. Select Characteristic from the list box.
  3. Choose a value for the characteristic.
  4. Save
