Register Employee Licenses

Explanation

This activity is used to describe the license and certification held by the employee.

Procedure

  1. Open the Employee window and select an employee to register license information.
  2. Select the Employee/Qualifications/Licenses tab.
  3. Select New and enter the license name by selecting a value from the list in the License Name field.
  4. Enter a description for the license in the Description field.
  5. In the Valid From and Valid To fields, specify the valid period of the license for the employee.
  6. Save.
