Register Employee Career Planning Period

Explanation

This activity is used to create a new career planning period for an employee. Each of these periods is a time span within which Career Planning can be done.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, career planning period has to be defined in the Career Planning Priods window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a career planning period will be registered for an employee.

Procedure

  1. Open the Career Plan Counseling window and add a new record.
  2. In the Emp ID field, enter the unique identifier of an employee.
  3. In the Period field, enter the period por the career planning. You can selecti it from the expandable list.
  4. On the General tab, enter the validity periods for the career planning in the From and To fields, located in the Career Planning Period area.
  5. The Last Updated field will automatically suggest the system date as the last date that the information was updated. This date can be modified.
  6. You can enter any comments and notes in the Remark field.
  7. Save the information.
