Explanation

Use this function to follow-up on your employee’s competency assessment. In the page that supports this function, you can also specify a new competencies for the employees.

Procedure

  1. Use Find/Query function to define your query.
  2. Select New if you like to define a new competency for an employee.
  3. Select Edit if you like to change a competency assessment for an employee.
  4. Select Delete if you like to delete a competency from an employee.
