Select Matching Criteria for Competence Finder

Explanation

Use this function to select which criteria you want to include in the process.

Prerequisites

Before registering criterion on which to match a result, the following must have been completed in the application:

• Competence Groups, Competency Element and Competency Level must have been registered.

System Effects

As a consequence, the system will show a result based on the selected criteria.

Procedure

1. Select Group, Competence and Minimum Level from the List of Value.
2. If you want to find persons with more than one desired competence; select Group, Competence and Minimum Level from the List of Value in Selection # 2 and # 3.
3. Mark the check box Search from all companies, if you want to search on all registered companies in the system.
4. Press Find Competence!
