Use this function to maintain the employee basics. The information included in the basics are the fields putting together the internal and external display name, the photo and some other personal data.
The internal and external display name should have been configured. This is done in the Configure Internal and External Display Name activity. Please, refer to the BDR for Employee Administration.
In order to store the photo in the employee files, a digital photo must be available and reachable from the browser in the photo field area (right mouse button) in the Employee window.
When the data has been changed and saved they are immediately available.
Date of Birth and Gender are used in analysis in other parts of the application.
