Grant Access to Protected Persons

Explanation

This activity is used to grant access to protected persons to an application user. This type of data protection is granted in several windows: Graphical Position Structure, Protected Person, and Protected Persons. What data are protected can be defined in the Protected Information window.

There are no prerequisites.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the user will be able to see and edit information hidden via Protected Person check box.

Procedure

1. Open the Access to Protected Persons window and add a new record.
2. In the User ID field, enter the idetifier of the application user. You can use the list of values.
3. Save the information.
