Use this function to enter the standard hourly rate for the employees. The rate can be specified on "Employee Category, "Job ID", "Position ID", and directly to the employee. When fetching the current hourly rate for an employee the priority order is:
employee number, position ID, job ID, employee category
This means, if you specify the rate for a certain employee category, all employees connected to this category will have this rate unless there is no other specification entered. The rate for a certain employee can be retrieved by using a right-mouse-button function in the Standard Costs window.
The standard hourly rate is used in the IFS/Project Reporting component.
