Procedure

  1. Open the Period Calendar For Statistics window and create a new record in the header.
  2. Enter an ID and description for the calendar in the Calendar ID and Description fields.
  3. Create a new record in the table of the window.
  4. In the Year field, enter a value for the year.
  5. In the Period field, enter a description for the period of the year.
  6. Specify the validity of the calendar period using the From Date and To Date fields.
  7. In the Headcount Date field, specify the date on which employee information for headcount reports relevant to the period should be gathered.
  8. You can repeat the above steps to create more years or different periods for the same year.
  9. Save the information.
