Create Dispatch Order for CAMRO Shop Visit (Create Visit CO)
Explanation
Use this activity to create a dispatch customer order for the MRO Shop Visit.
The dispatch customer order is used for shipping the MRO Object back to the customer
once the repair or service is finished.
This activity can be performed by manually connecting a customer order from the
Customer Order Reference field in the Customer Order
tab.
Prerequisites
- There must be an existing work order with a specified customer and coordinator.
- The customer must be defined as an external customer in the
Customer/Invoice tab.
- There cannot be an existing dispatch order reference on the work order.
System Effects
- The result of this activity is a customer order header connected to the
work order.
- The MRO dispatch order is connected to the work order, and the work order
may only have one connected dispatch order.
