Validate BA Reports
Explanation
This activity is used to validate BA reports that are already
published/saved. If any errors are found after this activity is carried out, you
can download the reports with errors, correct them and then resave/republish
them.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, at least one BA report that has been
previously saved/published should exist.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, one or more selected BA reports will be checked
for errors. If any errors are identified, the status of the relevant report(s)
will be indicated in red. The status of the reports with no errors will be
green.

Procedure
To validate one or more saved/published reports:
- Open the Report Manager dialog box. All
the reports that were previously published or saved are displayed.
- Select the reports you want to validate. You can select all the reports
by selecting the check box in the header of the Report ID column.
If you want to validate all the published reports, select the Select All
Published Reports option. If you want to validate all the saved reports,
select the Select All Saved Reports option. You can also manually
select one or more individual reports.
- Click Validate.
