Download BA Reports

Explanation

This activity is used to download one or more previously saved/published BA reports. You can make changes to a downloaded report and resave/republish it if required. Saved/published BA reports are usually downloaded for the purpose of correcting any errors that are identified after they are validated. However, you can also download the reports in order to make changes without validating them first.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, at least one BA report that has been previously saved/published should exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the downloaded report(s) will be saved in a selected location in your hard drive.

Procedure

To download one or more saved/published reports:

1. Open the Report Manager dialog box. All the reports that were previously published or saved are displayed.
2. Select the reports you want to download. You can select all the reports by selecting the check box in the header of the Report ID  column. If you want to download all the published reports, select the Select All Published Reports option. If you want to download all the saved reports, select the Select All Saved Reports option. You can also manually select one or more individual reports.
3. Click Download.
