A rejected request is none other than an original engineering requirement that has been rejected. A rejected request will never be processed or converted to a Change Order (CO).
Rejected requests will be present until the entire Change Requests (CR) is deleted. It could be a wise decision to not delete these requests in order to have total control of all the CRs that have been issued.
