Add to Project Quotation List

Explanation

You can add parts or services to the project quotation list from Project Product/Project Part Definition or from Project Product/Demand/Misc. Parts or Project Product/Demand/Misc. No Parts.

In both cases, you select the demands for which you need a quotation and choose this right mouse button option to create a record in the Project Quotation List (PQL). Quantity is the total sum of this part in the MPL list if GRC is run. Otherwise, it must be given manually, or quantity is copied from Miscellaneous. All parts or services in PQL will be available for creating Request For Quotations (RFQ) in the Purchase module. All parts will end up with a Supplier Agreement, and all services (no-part) will end up with a purchase order line.

Prerequisites

• The project part definition must exist with at least one item occurrence in Project Product/Project Part Definition or
• The part/no-part must exist in Project Product/Demand/Misc. Parts, Project Product/Demand/Misc. No Parts.

System Effects

• The part/no-part is added to the project quotation list.
• The column Exist as PQL will be checked.
• A request for quotation can be created from the project quotation list.
