Explanation

Use this activity to view all document types that can be printed and grouped into an output type. You cannot define new document types. The document description can be modified.

Procedure

1. Open the Document Text Administration window.
2. Click the Documents tab.
3. In the Document field, search for the documents to view.
4. To edit the document description, use the Description field.
5. Save the changes.
