Enter Phrase for Document

Explanation

This activity is used to enter a library of standard, commonly used, phrases. This optional task is to be performed by a system administrator or equivalent person.

A phrase can be a greeting or other message of up to 2000 characters that can be printed on documents. You can select a predefined phrase for an output type in which document text has been enabled. Phrases on internal documents are printed on the first page of the document. Phrases on external documents are printed at the far bottom of each side of a page.

The language code to which the phrase is connected determines the language in which it is displayed and printed.
