View Opportunity History | View Activity History

Explanation

The history shows all changes made to the opportunity or the activity i.e. the status, when it was changed, and by whom etc. Important changes generate detailed lines that show the attribute that was changed as well as its old and new values. You cannot change any information or values in this tab except for notes.

Prerequisites

A business opportunity header or business activity header must have been entered and saved.

Procedure

1. Open the Business Opportunity or the Business Activity window.
2. Search for the opportunity or activity that you want to view.
3. Click the History tab and view the details.
