Register Campaign Responses

Explanation

This activity is used to register responses for a marketing campaign.

Prerequisites

• A marketing campaign header must have been entered and saved.
• A step must have been entered and saved.
• An action must have been entered and saved.
• A customer or lead contact must have been added as a campaign target on the Marketing Campaign/Targets tab.
• Campaign activities must have been created.
• Response categories must have been entered for the campaign action.

System Effects

As a result of this entry, responses are registered for a campaign activity.

Procedure

1. Open the Marketing Campaign window and search for the required campaign.
2. Click on the campaign action node in the left part of the window.
3. Click the Activities tab.
4. Select the activity for which you want to register responses.
5. In the lower part of the window, register a response in the appropriate column.
6. Save your changes.
