This activity is used to view, modify, or enter information about decision power types.

A decision power type is created and is available for use in customer/contacts.

Procedure

1. Open the CRM Basic Data window and click the Power of Decisions tab.
2. Create a new record.
3. Enter the short code in the Decision Power Type field.
4. Enter description of the decision power type in the Description field.
5. Save the information.
