This activity is used to view, modify, or enter information about representative group.

Procedure

1. Open the CRM and SRM Basic Data window and click the Representative Group tab.
2. Create a new record.
3. Enter the representative group and its description on the header.
4. Optionally, enter the prefixes for different business objects ex: Business Opportunity Prefix.
5. Enter representatives for the group in the Representative ID field.
6. Specify the main representative for the group by selecting the Main Representative check box.
7. Save the information.
