Enter Opportunity Sources

Explanation

This activity is used to view, modify, or enter information about opportunity sources. An opportunity source defines the origin of the opportunity. This can be carried out by a user who has access to CRM data.

An opportunity source is created and is available for use in business opportunity.

Procedure

1. Open the CRM Basic Data window and click the Opportunity Sources tab.
2. Create a new record.
3. Enter the short code for opportunity source in the Source ID field.
4. Enter a description of the opportunity source in the Description field.
5. Save the information.
