Enter Marketing Campaign Responses

This activity is used to view, modify, or enter marketing campaign responses.

This activity has no prerequisites.

System Effects

A customer response category with response options is created and available for use in marketing campaigns.

Procedure

  1. Open the CRM Basic Data window and click the Marketing Campaign Responses tab.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. Enter the short code for response category in the Response Category ID field.
  4. Enter a description of the response category in the Description field.
  5. Select a response type in the Response Type field.
  6. Save your changes.
  7. If the response type is Single-Choice or Multiple-Choice, create a new record in the lower part of the window.
  8. Enter the short code for response category option in the Response Category Option ID field.
  9. Enter a description of the response category option in the Description field.
  10. Save the information.
