Enter Representatives for Marketing Campaign

Explanation

This activity is used to specify who is responsible for a marketing campaign, campaign steps and actions. The Main Representative check box on the Marketing Campaign/Representatives tab indicates the records that have the main responsibility. When the marketing campaign is created, the current user will automatically be added as the main representative. When a campaign step is created, the main representative of the campaign will be added as representative for the step. When a campaign action is created, the main representative of the step will be added as representative for the action.

Add From Representative Group 

Procedure

  1. Open the Marketing Campaign/Representatives tab.

To add one representative:

  1. Create a new record.
  2. Enter a representative ID in the Representative ID field. The representative name will be automatically retrieved.
  3. Optionally, select a Representative Role.
  4. Save your changes.

To add several representatives from a group:

  1. Right-click and then click Add From Representative Group. The Add From Representative Group dialog box is displayed.
  2. Enter Representative Group in the Representative Group field. Click the List to use the List of Values to find a representative group or enter it manually. The representative group name and the representatives in the selected group will be automatically retrieved.
  3. Confirm by clicking OK.
