Define Business Lead Access

Explanation

This activity is used to define security for the business lead.

Prerequisites

• The business lead header must have been entered and saved.
• The access control must have been activated for business lead on the CRM and SRM Access/Access tab.
• If you want to modify access, you need to have administrator access rights.

Procedure

To enter a business lead header:

1. Open the Business Lead/Access tab and create a new record.
2. Add the user/group ID that you want to set access rights to.
3. Define rights.
4. Save.
