Change Status of the Business Activity

Explanation

This activity is used to change the status of the business activity. You can change the status by right-clicking and selecting one of the available statuses. The available statuses are Not Started, In Progress and Completed. Two options out of three will be available at a time and you can select one of them. You can change the status to any at any time.

Prerequisites

• The activity header must have been entered and saved.

Procedure

1. Use the Populate or the Query function to display the appropriate activity.
2. Right-click and click Not Started, In Progress or Completed.
3. The activity status is changed to status you have chosen.
