Trace Cost Bucket Usage

Explanation

Use this function to trace the occurrence of a specific cost bucket for a selected part. The parts contained in the cost bucket will be marked with a blue exclamation mark.

Prerequisites

The part for which you want to trace bucket usage must have been calculated all levels down in the structure.

Procedure

1. Open the Part Cost window.
2. Select the part for which you want to trace cost bucket usage.
3. Click the Cost Build-Up Tree View tab and select a line with the desired cost bucket.
4. Right-click and then click Show Bucket Occurrence. The parts in the structure contained in the selected cost bucket will be marked with a different icon.
