Use this activity to create and maintain change reasons, which can be used to
classify and group contract change orders.

Procedure
- Open the Contract Change Basic Data
window.
- Select the Change Reason tab and create a new record.
- Enter an ID in the Change Reason field.
- Enter a short description of the reason in the Description field.
- Select a company in the Company field for which the change reason is
valid.
- Save the record.
