Use this activity to create and maintain change reasons, which can be used to classify and group contract change orders.

Procedure

  1. Open the Contract Change Basic Data window.
  2. Select the Change Reason tab and create a new record.
  3. Enter an ID in the Change Reason field.
  4. Enter a short description of the reason in the Description field.
  5. Select a company in the Company field for which the change reason is valid.
  6. Save the record.
