Use the Configuration Search Assistant to search for on-hand configurations easily, without having to go through all available information on characteristics and choices of options connected to the configuration\configurations in focus. You can define a search on the basis of all discrete characteristics, variable characteristics and characteristic quantities. All configurations matching the setup of the characteristics are presented, independent of whether the part configuration revision is valid or not.
If the configuration search assistant is opened from a customer order line, it is possible to supply the demand through reservation or by defining a configuration ID for manufacturing or purchasing.
