Performance Indicator

[Employee Development]

Usage

Use this window to define basic data showing what nominal value or grade an employee should have, averaged over a period of time, to be eligible for a particular Performance Index.

Example of a Performance Indicator record:

This means that employees with Nominal Values ranging from 2 to 3 (averaged over the last 3 years) should get a SATISFACTORY Performance Index. "Minimum Inclusive" is not checked to show that employees with a Nominal Value of 2 should not get SATISFACTORY, but rather a lower value, such as POOR. "Maximum Inclusive" is checked to mark that employee with 3 should get SATISFACTORY, rather than a higher value.
