Usage

Use this tab to enter tasks for the current case. Tasks are effectively sub cases, and represent activities to be performed during the life cycle of a case. A task can be performed by the person who created it, or more usually dispatched to a queue or named an assignee for their personal attention. All actions undertaken during the processing of a task, such as sending e-mails or telephoning the customer, are recorded by attaching them to the task that they relate to.
