Usage

Use this dialog box to accept, reject, dispatch and/or reopen a particular case. If the case needs to be accepted, data has to be entered in the Case Focus, Case Focus Date, Work Folder and Contact Notes Message fields. If the case needs to be rejected, data has to be entered in the Contact Notes Message field. If the case needs to be dispatched, data has to be entered in all the fields. If the case needs to be reopened, data has to be entered in the Case Focus, Case Focus Date, Work Folder and Contact Notes Message fields.
