Usage

Use this dialog box to create cases using case issues that have been defined in the Case Basic Data window. This is a fast and easy way of creating cases because the user only has to enter details in the Case Title and Case Description fields. The other case information will be set according to the pre-defined data for the selected case issue. If a customer no. or support key has not been entered (and % has been entered instead), in the pre-defined data for the case issue, the Enter Customer dialog box will be opened when you click Finish. This enables you to select a customer and a support key if there exists a support key for that particular customer.
